Associate degree that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will possess a basic knowledge of technology; demonstrate familiarity with business systems, operating systems, and servers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively; think logically, identify risks, work with others successfully; manage projects, adapt quickly to new issues or technology; and be able to follow directions and remain aligned with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will also be able to identify root causes to problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will be able to work in a “small shop” working independently on a wide variety of technology issues while maintaining positive professional relationships with a small staff.
