The Deputy CEO assists the CEO in planning, organizing and directing all operations — including systems, programs, and administrative services — for an award-winning organization that employs 450 people and has an administrative budget above $95 million. The ideal candidate has a great attitude and excellent writing, presentation and listening skills. They are an action-oriented self-starter who is strategic, proactive, and politically astute. The best-qualified candidate is familiar with large call center operations and has a strong understanding of the County Employees Retirement Law (CERL) of 1937. |
